What happens on the visit?
During the first half an hour, we’ll likely be able to –
- Assess what you need doing
- Recommend the best & most economical way to get the job done
- Provide a report/fixed quote to complete the job
- Use any unused time to start work straight away
What happens if you need more time?
Additional time is provided as a fixed quote at £49 per half an hour
This means, once approved by you, no matter how long it takes us to complete the job, your price is fixed!
(excludes investigations & blockages)
How long will it take?
Most jobs are completed within 1-2 hours
We want to get it done as quickly & efficiently as possible so we can move onto our next job
Will the job be completed in one visit?
We always visit with the intention to complete the job in one visit
On some occasions when materials can’t be sourced locally & we’ll help you order them or if you want to have a think before approving additional time, we’ll leave you with a detailed report & quote to return
Can I send photos/video?
We prefer to see the job in person to make an accurate assessment
Does this include materials?
Materials (if needed) are charged in addition to labour & we’ll only charge for materials used
Does the work come with a guarantee?
All work comes with a 1-year guarantee! T&C’s
How do I pay?
The first half an hour is paid via card payment to secure the booking
Additional time & materials (if needed) can be paid via cash, card or bank transfer before work commences
Does this include VAT?
We don’t charge VAT, so this is the rate you’ll pay

This stops anyone else from booking this slot
What if you don't show up?
We 100% will! If we were taking payments and not showing up, our online reviews would reflect this
We always fulfil the job as promised!
Which address do you need?
The address of the property we’re needed at
If it’s a tenant, friend or family member, please put their address & contact details for access
Do I get a receipt?
Yes! All receipts are sent automatically via text message to a digital link
These can be used for your own records or to claim the money back from landlords/insurance companies etc
